About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Admin and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is a blend of administrative support and creative marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable creating engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and office correspondence.
  • Handle filing, data entry, and office supply management.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking.

Marketing Support:

  • Create, edit, and produce videos for social media platforms.
  • Create visuals for social media platforms.
  • Assist with website development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative or marketing roles is a plus.
  • Comfortable with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and content creation.
