Operations & Logistics Assistant and Documentation Assistant.

Job Descriptions:

Operations:

  • Plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, warehouses, and factories to ensure smooth cargo and vessel operations.
  • Review trade contracts, identifying potential irregularities or trade risks.
  • Monitor cargo readiness and ensure the timely preparation of documentation.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and manage import/export documents.
  • Handle Letters of Credit (LC), liaising with banks and related agencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for the issuance and receipt of LC and non-LC documents.
  • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of all trade-related documentation.

Skills required:

  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS, import/export documentation.
  • Ability to liaise with shipping companies, agents, and factories.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

· Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Logistics / Supply Chain or other fields.

· Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Other languages (are also highly encouraged)

· Working experience in the related field is an added advantage

· Training will be provided for fresh candidates
