Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Associate at Orient Telecoms in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for making sales appointments for sales representatives, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences in a contact center environment.

Qualifications

  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Experience: Prior experience in enhancing customer experience
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Contact Centers: Familiarity with contact center operations
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
