- Preparing statutory accounts
- payments, amounts and records are correct
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals,
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Invoice processing and filing
- Processing expense requests for the Finance Manager to approve
- Bank reconciliation
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Administration
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintains physical and digital filing systems
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
- Drafts and edits letters, reports and other documents
- Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
- Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copier machines
- Works closely with other staff and supports other colleagues as needed
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
