Account Cum Admin Assistant

Finance and Accounting

• Preparing statutory accounts
• payments, amounts and records are correct
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals,
• Recording and filing cash transactions
• Controlling credit and chasing debt
• Invoice processing and filing
• Processing expense requests for the Finance Manager to approve
• Bank reconciliation
• Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

  Administration

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems
  • Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
  • Drafts and edits letters, reports and other documents
  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copier machines
  • Works closely with other staff and supports other colleagues as needed
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
  • Presents a positive and professional image for the organization

• Diploma in Accounting,Business or related field
• Two or more years of experience in Accounting/Admin tasks
