What You Will Do
- Data Analytics: Analyze large, complex data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that inform business decisions. Develop, validate, and deploy descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models to solve key business challenges and to create business value across the organization.
- Business Problem-Solving: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data-based solutions. Use statistical and machine learning techniques to address these challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
- Data Visualization: Communicate complex analytical findings through clear, compelling data visualizations and reports that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders. Collaborating with data engineers, data analysts, and business leaders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility for analysis.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI. Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data science capabilities.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile project teams, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement of data analytics initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning is essential.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that have created measurable business impact. Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ggplot, plotly) and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Work with international colleagues and grow as a team, be curious and continuous learning to stay updated on the latest trends
