Company Description

We are Kalbe Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Kalbe company from Indonesia. Looking for a young & talented person to handle WOODS’ brand, one of leading product cough syrup and lozenges in Malaysia.

Role Description

  • Planning, executing, and managing demand creation in the scope of brand activation and promotion that drive consumer engagement, increase brand visibility, and encourage product trials.
  • Delivering instore activation (visibility, merchandising program), on-ground activation (sampling) and event management (trade fairs, sponsorship) that connect the brand with target audience
  • Working in a multifunctional team to execute the plan and monitors performance of the support plans also builds productive working relationship with sales team, marketing team in HQ, finance, and supply chain to manage brand’s day to day operations. And external partners, distributor and agencies.
  • Do the on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
  • Assist and report to the Brand Manager for achieving brand KPIs such as: sales, marketing expense, P&L and help to drive the profitability of the WOODS’ brand.

Qualifications

  • Working experience 1 - 3 years in marketing, brand activation, event management of working experience. Preferable from FMCG or OTC or Consumer Healthcare background in Malaysia market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong project management skills, passion to develop brand & willing to learn.
  • Ability to multitask, negotiate, handling event/activity during weekend and committed to work long term.
