- Bookkeeping and Financial Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
- Record financial transactions and ensure that all financial data is updated and maintained properly.
- Manage the processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering data and assisting with reconciliations.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Banking & Payments:
- Manage bank deposits and transfers, and ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
Financial Reporting:
- Generate regular reports for management, tracking expenses, revenue, and other financial metrics.
- Support the accounting team during audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
