  • Bookkeeping and Financial Record Maintenance:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
  • Record financial transactions and ensure that all financial data is updated and maintained properly.
  • Manage the processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering data and assisting with reconciliations.

    Accounts Payable & Receivable:

    • Process and verify incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Monitor and track accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
    • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

      Banking & Payments:

      • Manage bank deposits and transfers, and ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner.
      • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.

        Financial Reporting:

        • Generate regular reports for management, tracking expenses, revenue, and other financial metrics.
        • Support the accounting team during audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
