JOB DESCRIPTION
· Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
· Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure comprehensive coverage of application features.
· Oversee the development of test plans, test cases, and scripts. Ensure timely execution of testing cycles, including manual and automated testing.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and project timelines.
· Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. Facilitate defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution.
· Drive process improvements within the QA function, promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization.
· Generate and present test metrics and status reports to stakeholders, providing insights into quality, risks, and project progress.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
· 3-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
· Strong knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and experience with both manual and automated testing.
· Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing performance.
