Warehouse Manager

Main Responsibilities: -
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations of warehouse.
• Implementing policies and procedure for warehouse operation.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, including out-bound and in-bound activities.
• Meeting regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans
for loss prevention.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize
efficiency and minimize overtime.

Qualifications: -
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of warehouse management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, WMS
• Strong working knowledge in of warehouse operation and management
• Preferably have working experience in FMCG / Wine & Spirits industry will be a BIG advantage.
• Familiarity with alcohol beverages would be a big bonus.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (preferably). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Comfortable working in ALCOHOL beverages industry.
