Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Caller - Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with customers, providing product information, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers over the phone to address inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide product information.
  • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and product performance.
  • Schedule test drives, service appointments, and follow up on after-sales satisfaction.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn about the latest Mercedes-Benz models and services.
  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments.
