  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Prior Island resort operations experience is essential.

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the overall resort operations.
  • Exposure to island resort operations & maintenance, rooms/accommodation, water sports & recreation, snorkeling, boat transfer, F&B, and related a prerequisite.
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting high expectations for professionalism, hospitality, and positive guest interactions.
  • Quickly respond to and resolve guest complaints and incidents and complete all required reporting documentation.

Qualifications:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in resort/hotel management, recreation watersports management, or equivalent.
  • Communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. The target market would include China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Tour GITs, FITs, and locals.
  • At least 8 years of exposure in the related field.
  • ISO and IT literate.
