• Leading the HRSSC teams.
• Managing the annual salary review process.
• Collaborating with HRBP and management to drive continuous improvement.
• Responsible for overall payroll administration, system and processes including all statutory deductions.
• Coordinate and administer compensation processes such salary planning, bonus, planning, and incentive schemes and all other claims.
• Responsible for accurate new employee & exiting employee compensation
• Communication to management, employees, external parties, Government Statutory Bodies –EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and external parties related to compensation & awards.
• Maintain and update employees' personal files
• Responsible to ensure all HR information and documentation required for accreditation and audits are accurate and updated
• Answer all HR related queries and provide ad-hoc advice & information to employees or management, as appropriate
• Prepare/record reference/verification letters from internal/external sources
• Administer company benefits & awards
• Ensure Insurance and Medical Benefits are well managed by Insurance brokers and Medical Benefit provider.
HRIS Management
- Supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS.
- Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data.
- Working alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS.
- Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Responsible in day-to-day operations using HR systems that include perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage leave, business claims, training, performance management system & reporting.
- Responsible to resolve all the HRIS Issue.
Campus Operations
- Participate and lead in other related campus activities and projects (e.g. Festive Celebration and etc)
HR Reporting
- Preparing & Responsible for all HR audits & reports as requested which include Finance Report, GHR Monthly Report, Employment Survey (Department of Statistics, Malaysia), Mdec Report, SETARA, MyRa, EY audit and etc.
Other Responsibilities
- Suggests process improvements and implement improvements where relevant
- Handle T&E Wechat approval submission
- Handle issuance and control of employee identity/access tags
- Handle staff profile creation in the face recognition system
- Support or lead coordination of employee engagement activities
- Assist with internal communication (e.g. internal newsletters) when required
- Update and communication on revisions to Employee Handbook & Faculty Handbook
- Assist with recruitment for internship programme
- Handle Manual Payment Voucher (MPV) for B2B contracts and internships
- Request PO in NC system
• To carry out any task or duty assigned from time to time.
