Workshop Manager (Automotive)

We are looking for an Aftersales professional, who is self-motivated, results driven, able to work to deadlines and targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction. Job responsibilities will include customer liaison, workshop loading and control, stock purchasing and control, invoicing, departmental staff management and support. This is a demanding and challenging role and will be of interest to someone wishing to develop their management skills and industry profile.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Planning, organising and managing Service business
• Developing and implementing promotional campaigns for Service and Marketing
• Setting up and maintaining a database of Service customers
• Elaborating monthly reports
• Controlling the Service organisation and operating procedures
• Able to manage workshop daily operation.
• to plan the vehicle capacity load in workshop.
• able to check and monitor on daily basis for all vehicle in/out .
• Prepare daily reports on workshop operation issues and pending vehicles.
• Able to handle customers' enquiries and to solve customers' complaints in order to provide excellent customer service
• Responsible for overall management, supervision and control of the workshop operations in accordance to the policies and procedures set

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or English.
• Must willing to work in PUCHONG/BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG/SETIA ALAM.
