Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage the overall dealership operation for sales & after sales.
  • Ensures that the branch meets all our customers’ needs in accordance to the Sales and Aftersales CSI targets.
  • Achieve financial targets for Sales and After-Sales revenue
  • To manage, handle and provide solution for dealer management issues and dealer’s conflict.
  • Manages the team to meet customers' requirements and ensures that customers have a good service experience.
  • Market share improvement
  • Responsible for implementing SOPs, policies, procedures and continuous improvement for the dealership.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant qualification..
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Leadership skills to manage and continuously motivate the team.
  • Customer-oriented person, able to handle all customer issues passionately and continuously aim for customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. (Power Point and Excel)
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written. Able to communicate in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment.
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in the automobile industry.

Must willing to work in PUCHONG/BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG/SETIA ALAM.
