Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• To manage & coordinate all Marketing Activities, such as roadshows, showroom events, corporate events, product launches, collaterals, and activations.
• Managing & ensure each project and campaign is delivered on time.
• To work as a team to develop marketing collateral & promotional materials.
• Coordinate sponsorships & collaborations with external organizers and/or associations in presenting vibrant & exciting campaigns.
• Organize, manage & produce all above-the-line & below-the-line communication for events.
• Drive digital & social media campaign to improve customer acquisition, engagement rate and brand loyalty.
• Develops engaging and creative with brand-focused messages on social media channel.
• Maintain & response to customer’s inquiry on FB messenger and website inquiries.
• Managing the contact database and assisting the leads generation activities
• Ensure accuracy of information and in time for all digital content and updates.
• Other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.

Requirements

• A team player, able to work independently with problem-solving skills, highly meticulous and strong execution abilities strong work ethic and performance-driven and able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills.
• Digital savvy with strong knowledge of digital landscape and social media marketing
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Experience in SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram will be an added advantage
• Knowing the software of (Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Ai) will be an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Marketing. Fresh Grad is encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Possess own transport.
• Must be willing to work in Puchong, Setia Alam or Klang.
