  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description for IT Representative position:

This position will work at KL office, managing the retail stores and warehouse in KL, JB, Penang (Malaysia), and other ASEAN countries. This position would be required to travel on business trips and move flexibly when it's required for their business expansion (New store opening).

  • IT Support desk operation (As being the IT Support in the office, you would be 5 days/week including weekends/PH, working hours would be arranged at 8:30AM - 5:30PM, 3:00PM - 12:00AM or any hours in between depends on the needs of the support)
    • Install and configure IT devices' hardware, software, with arranging network
    • Provide IT technical support & handle all IT related matters in ASEAN region companies
    • Respond in a timely manner to handle issues and requests
    • Address cyber-security issue
    • Implement & manage RPA, AI, or BI tool and Manage Excel VBA & Power BI
    • Investigate the root cause of the accident and make improvements

    2. IT device Supplier Management

    • Estimate and order IT devices for store opening (PC/POS System/Printer/Software/Network etc.)
    • Monitor IT vendors' implementation work and managing the schedule
    • Negotiate with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & service
    • Setting any IT devices in each ASEAN country's site such as store, office.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma/Degree education level in IT related field
    • Good in English (oral, written)
    • Have at least 2 years of experience in IT industry or BPO industry for IT projects, with good hands-on experience in POS System (Hardware/Software or both)
    • Experience in troubleshooting for network for more than 1 year
    • Possessing passport for business trip to foreign country

    Advantageous:

    • Possesses CCNA or having NW certification
    • Experience in Programing for VBA/JAVA/HTML and SQL
    • Able to read & write in Japanese
    • Having working experience in IT in retail industry (Hospitality/F&B/normal retail shops etc.)
