  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.

Key Responsibility

  • Conduct tools box meeting and include safe work procedures as one of the topic.
  • Conduct inhouse Site Safety Induction Course (SIC) and issue worker security pass.
  • Attend safety meetings and conduct safety training.
  • Check all permits before start work.
  • Conduct site inspection, ensure workers wearing PPE, workers follow risk assessment and safe work procedure.
  • Detect unsafe act / conditions and rectify hazards and unsafe practices at site.
  • Prepare Risk Assessment together with project team and conduct Risk Assessment briefing to all personnel related to the work activities.
  • Arrange Client Safety Induction for new workers.
  • To liaise with relevant authorities (JKKP, CIDB, Bomba, KKM, ect.) to promptly resolve any site issues.
  • Involve in emergency response team.
  • Investigate and prepare report on all near miss incident and accidents.
  • Assist in the safety audit.
  • Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External) .

    • Requirements

  • Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
  • Site Safety Supervisor, Yellow Book.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, preferable in Factory Cleanroom projects .
  • Good knowledge of workplace health, safety and environment regulations.
  • Good in interpersonal skill, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and other Parties.
  • Good oral and written communication skills .
  • Good in people skill.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Languages : English & Malay
  • Mobility : As when needed.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Detail oriented.
