We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent HR services and support to join our HR team. As an Executive - Human Resources, you will play a key role in employee data management, payroll administration, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Collate information on employees’ movements and pay changes for system updates, ensuring an accurate employee database in the HR System.
  • Liaise with department heads/representatives for the timely and accurate submission of overtime and part-time claims.
  • Compile and validate payroll data in a timely manner for payroll processing.
  • Support and advise employees on payroll and statutory matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to expatriate employees regarding income tax matters.
  • Manage employee personal files and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage approvers’ access rights in the system.
  • Provide support and advice to employees on benefits matters.
  • Assist in updating HR policies when necessary.
  • Assist in institutional surveys, compliance audits, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good team player with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
