  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Proficient in analyzing market product data and collaborating with the relevant department to continuously forecast demand.
  3. Oversee the accuracy of demand forecasting, including improvements and tracking of deviations.
  4. Propose solutions for unsalable inventory and develop plans for inventory reduction.
  5. Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
  6. All other duties or projects as assigned.

Merchandising Management:

  1. Oversee for new store merchandise planning and ordering.
  2. Analyze sales data on merchandising decisions and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with related departments for visual merchandising.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with retail operations, business, marketing, and other related departments at office and headquarters to coordinate resources in support of marketing campaigns or project needs.
  5. All other duties or projects as assigned.

Logistics Management:

  1. Oversee and manage logistics department including scheduling deliveries, coordinating with transporters, customs clearance-related matters in a timely manner.
  2. Address any logistics challenges promptly to maintain uninterrupted supply chain operations.
  3. Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
  4. All other duties or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong in processes and managing timeline.
  • Strong in analyzing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes advanced formulas.
  • Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong self-driving force.
  • Mandarin as the working language, with English or Malay as a second language.Proficiency in both is required.
