How it works

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Human Resource Division as a HR Marketing Manager reporting to the Head, Human Resources to drive employer branding and marketing initiatives. Successful candidate will be responsible for creating a meaningful talent acquisition and branding strategy that captures the essence of OCBC and spearhead employer branding events, both internally and externally, that inspire thoughtful dialogue about our work and culture.

What you do

  • Develop and maintain the OCBC Malaysia’s employer branding / HR marketing framework and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing team in executing the planned initiatives.
  • Work closely with OCBC Group to implement selected initiatives to uplift OCBC Malaysia’s employer brand towards being an employer of choice.
  • Facilitate the employer branding initiatives to promote the Graduate Talent Program and to attract quality fresh graduates to apply to the program.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to customize employee engagement marketing strategies that are aligned with employer branding objectives.
  • Devise marketing campaigns for new or evolved employee programmes with measurable impact through digital and non-digital marketing channels.
  • Focus on promoting learning and development, wellbeing, employee mobility and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with branding and communications in positioning OCBC as the employer of choice to external media outlets.
  • Execute strategies for physical, online or hybrid events.
  • Produce compelling outreach messaging, emails, marketing content, print materials / digital media content in partnership with agencies and internal shared services team.
  • Comfortable with data and able to produce marketing insights for senior management reporting and decision making.

Who you are

  • Those who are at managerial level with related experience including devising and implementing inbound marketing strategies with good stakeholders management skills.
  • Strong digital capability and good knowledge of social media is a must.
  • Comfortable in strategizing and as well as being hands on.
  • Assertive and loves connecting with people.
  • Highly organised with good project management skills.
  • Able to make good decisions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in developing relations with local and overseas academia.
  • Possess creative writing skills with good command of English.
  • Creative with good coordination skills. Able to work independently as well as in team.
  • Results oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Updated with market knowledge, benchmarks and current best practices.
