A Region Product Planning Lead will plan and schedule materials required to execute the business. You will work with Sales & Commercial, region personnel, AMO and Supply Chain. You will translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons in to physical orders. You will ensure we deliver to meet customers' requirements.

As a Region Product Planning Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing Integrated Business Planning and risks/opportunities to Monthly/Quarterly Revenue financial plan.

  • Resolving material allocation within the Region for Product Sales per Revenue plan.

  • Communicating Monthly/Quarterly Revenue R&Os related to Supply Alignment with Segment Director and Product Line.

  • Being accountable for Region Material Planners communication between PL Order Management and Service Delivery teams.

  • Reviewing S&OE with RSD to provide Supply Alignment visibility on Revenue gaps/opportunities.

  • Acting as a Finance focal-point for pacing of Product Sales Revenue in region for respective Product Line part of S&OE process.

  • Monitoring mid and long-term sales activity to ensure availability of products including critical inventory levels are met in the region.

  • Interacting with PL Material Planning/Scheduling Manager, Region Segment Director, Service Delivery Manager, Finance, Region Material Planners, Region S&OP Lead, PL Inventory Lead.

  • Achieving KPIs: Revenue Plan, Supply Alignment, Product Availability, Inventory Targets


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor study background in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (7+ years’ experience).

  • Show experience in Drilling Fluids, order/material management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.

  • Have a deep knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality.

  • Have ability to work with and influence stakeholders. Demonstrate strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency.

  • Have experience in managing and developing teams.
