Responsibilities

Job description

  • Research New Companies: Identify potential leads and new business opportunities by researching companies that align with our conferences and events.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and follow-up, ensuring steady engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with potential sponsors and exhibitors via email and calls to understand their needs, pitch opportunities, and close deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and event teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or event management is a plus
  • Experience in scientific or healthcare events is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.
