Guest Service Assistant, Bellman
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management. SPM level applicant are welcome
- Minimum 1-year working experience in the Front Office role. Fresh graduate applicants are welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia preferred.
- Proficiency with Hotel PMS (Property Management System) and MS Office
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills, good physical stamina (for carrying luggage), excellent communication, and a professional appearance
