Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday 8.30am-4.30pm)
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Characteristic Requirement:

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • At least diploma and have F&B industry experience will add advantage.
  • Able to speak Bahasa Melayu and English. Other language will add advantage.
  • Have Canva design software knowledge will add advantage.
  • Must have knowledge on Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must know using PC- desktop.
  • Must know using Social Media APP example FB, Insta, TikTok
  • Be punctual and consistent attendance
  • Responsibilities, and independence work
  • Multi-tasking of various front and back of the house duties such as assist store organizing stock, assist packing checking stock, daily cleaning job, sanitizing of work areas, utensils and equipment. If cannot accept multi-tasking, please don’t apply this job.

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Sales Target Achievement. Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
    • Industry-Specific Sales. Leverage knowledge of the F&B industry, particularly the barista or coffee sector, to offer relevant products and services to clients in this field.
    • Product Knowledge. Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends, with a focus on the F&B industry, to provide expert guidance to clients.
    • Sales Reporting. Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics, to senior management.
    • Market Research. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to increase market share.
    • Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers through email, chat, social media, and other online platforms to generate leads and build a client base.
