Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to promote products or services.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
    • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and feedback to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
    • Generate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.

      Digital Marketing:

      • Manage digital marketing channels including social media platforms, websites, and email marketing.
      • Plan and oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
      • Monitor the performance of online platforms and analyze traffic to optimize campaigns for better ROI.

        Event Planning and Coordination:

        • Assist in organizing and managing events such as product launches, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
        • Liaise with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure event success.

          Brand Management:

          • Maintain and develop the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.
          • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company's branding and communication guidelines.

            Collaborate with Sales Teams:

            • Work closely with the sales team to create marketing strategies that support sales targets.
            • Provide sales teams with marketing materials and promotional content to enhance product presentations.

              Content Creation and Management:

              • Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and newsletters to attract potential customers and enhance brand visibility.

                Budget Management:

                • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
                • Track and report marketing spend, ensuring cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with knowledge of digital and traditional marketing methods.
  • Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
