Job Summary

Responsible to perform day-to-day branch operation to achieve business objectives in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to perform day-to-day teller activities and demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • To ensure all day-to-day transaction tallies.
  • Ensure that all work performed in the branch operation are in accordance with the company policies/procedures, objectives and applicable laws.
  • To ensure proper execution of all monetary transaction at branch, to review and provide feedback to management for any discrepancies.
  • To ensure that daily loan, purchase back for the branch meets the desired target.
  • To be involved and participate in Marketing activities and other promotional activities by both Ar-Rahnu Express and HABIB Group, including promoting and creating awareness about the business to the public.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time-to-time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM/O Level/ Diploma,
  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
  • Professional Degree in any field or equivalent; or at least 1-year experience in sales / Retail / FMCG field or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work according to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team.
