We are a fast-growing company with solutions dedicated to attractions, tours & activities, looking for a self-starter and motivated Operations Executive. He/She will be involved in the day-to-day operations, covering various aspects of e-ticketing operations management and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of e-ticketing processes.
- Manage customer support activities, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing escalations with timely and satisfactory responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user concerns and platform issues.
- Handle product and order management within the system.
- Perform daily inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma, or Degree holders in any discipline are welcome to apply
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Operations Management, Customer Service
- Positive mindset and a passion in providing excellent guest service
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Shift work
Work Week: Monday to Sunday (including weekends and public holidays)
Number of Work Days per Week: 5
Days Off per Week: 2
