ROLE
Marketing executives/ assistance manager to assist HOD to develop the marketing campaigns / events and all related activities to promote the development. The role shall encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. Marketing executives/ assistance manager should be working closely with other employees/ external parties in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing executives/ assistance manager oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire idea or execution. As such they will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities include:
- Coordinating for develop the perspective for the project such as:
a) Compile quotations
b) Setting of angles
c) Colour testing
d) Layout illustration
- Coordinating with design agency for logo, marketing brochure, directional signage, billboard, bunting, banner, newspaper ads, online banner and flyer design.
- Coordinating for model maker to develop architecture model.
- Checking model details with Architect and Project.
- Preparing documents for submission of application and renewal DLAP such as
a) BM & English brochure
b) BM & English billboard, bunting, banner, newspaper ads, flyer, online banner and directional.
- Preparing of pricing for submission.
- Preparation of marketing budget.
- Coordinating on the product website development from compile information, website structure, image and go-live.
- Compile and propose sales agencies for approval.
- Preparation of sales kits for real estate agencies.
- Compile of project kits for banker end-financing.
- Identify location for billboards and signage.
- Preparation of invitation for launching campaign.
- Allocation of car parking lots.
- Preparation of marketing campaign such as road shows, private events and online sales campaigns.
- Sales coordination with Real Estate Agencies and attend to sales inquiries.
- Sales status update/report and review of sales promotional packages.
- Coordinating the Affordable units selling process.
- Coordinating with agency on design, printing and installation of buntings and billboards from quotation, award and delivery/installation.
- Visiting competitor show units and research on material and features.
- Analysis market research repost by internal market survey.
- Handling real estate agencies on rental of residential or commercial properties.
- Coordinating and monitoring on viewing appointment by real estate agencies.
- Familiar on tenancy terms and conditions for residential and commercial properties.
- Refurbishment coordination and monitoring on tenanted or un-tenant properties.
Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
