Job Descriptions:

  • To follow company's SOP procedures, prepare and update all related document.
  • House inspection for vacant and rental renewal units.
  • Handover checking and preparation of Handover Report for Rental Termination Units
  • Post vacant unit listing on property platforms.
  • Prepare quotation for maintenance work of the rental units.
  • Liaise with Landlord and Tenant.
  • Assist in preparation of Tenancy Agreement & Letter of Offer for Tenancy
  • To perform general and administrative duties.
  • To prepare daily & weekly report and submit to manager.
  • Update the leasing system to ensure all the data are up-to-date
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and willing to learn.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM
  • At least 2-3 years experience in handling leasing activities
  • Good command of Mandarin – both verbal & written
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Able to work as a team member as well as independent individual.
  • Able to cooperate with colleague, positive attitude, hardworking, dedicated and highly disciplined.
  • Willing to work on weekend and public holidays (shift schedules)
