Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales from the sales lead provided through business calls
  • Qualify sales leads through calls
  • Sell to both consumers and commercial customers and applying the correct solution and sales approach to each.
  • Maintain effective communication with prospects and have a proactive follow up scheme.
  • Constantly looking for new ways to improve your sales performance by listening to your own calls and testing new sales techniques.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum one year of experience in telesales. Open to enthusiatic fresh graduates with excellent social skills.
    • Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude
    • Proficient in English
    • People person with strong customer service attitude
