Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for leading the Project Management Office to ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Reporting to Exco pertaining to the project status in timely manner.
  • Develop and implement the PMO strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritized, resourced, and aligned with business strategy.
  • Establish and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization.
  • Define and enforce project governance frameworks, including project approval processes, reporting structures, and quality assurance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and PMO staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and PMO effectiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
  • Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and skills development within the PMO.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance project management skills across the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, construction or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in telecommunication is preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is required.
  • Good and effective communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
