Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for leading the Project Management Office to ensure that all projects are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Reporting to Exco pertaining to the project status in timely manner.
- Develop and implement the PMO strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritized, resourced, and aligned with business strategy.
- Establish and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Define and enforce project governance frameworks, including project approval processes, reporting structures, and quality assurance.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and PMO staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to provide visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and PMO effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and skills development within the PMO.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance project management skills across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, construction or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in telecommunication is preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is required.
- Good and effective communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
