General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be able to organize and apply process or responsibility optimization methods to develop risk mitigation solutions and promote the implementation of solutions to reduce business risks to the acceptable level of management/process owners.
  • Be able to use internal control and risk management tools such as RT, CT, SACA and PR to identify and evaluate risks. Be able to independently identify specific business issues.
  • Be familiar with the internal control and risk management architecture, tools, and involved elements. Be able to provide guidance/ solution for others.
  • Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the internal control and risk management cycle in the corresponding business unit. Effectively improve the internal control status or Top issues of the business unit.
  • Be familiar with the basic accounting and risk management knowledge and liaise closely with business team (including Sales, delivery, partner relationship, and finance team etc.) to ensure business unit are comply with company financial & internal control regulations.
  • To co-ordinate and follow up daily routine work and reporting. Undertake other related special assignment and ad-hoc duties as when required by Management.
  • Regularly organize internal control training, enablement, and publicity.
  • Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in project finance, auditor, internal controller and other related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, details-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts.
  • Excellent command in MS office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
  • Need to be responsible, processing good team coordination & communication skills & teamwork.
  • Able to adapt & work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
