  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Tooling Manager located in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Management of Tool Room department collaborate on projects with customers or internal colleagues, new tool and mold development, improvement of manufacturing processes, maintenance of production molds. Assure product quality by implementing testing methods, equipment, and tools.
  • Management of new tooling requisitions from prototype or complex designs through mass production.
  • Responsible for improvements, major repairs or ECN's to the molds.
  • Implementation of preventive maintenance for production molds.
  • Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements including but not limited to researching, designing, modifying, testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing tooling and process.
  • Implementation of quality and safety improvements in training for tool room team.
  • Generation and implementation of cost reduction ideas.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Possesses a Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Skill(s): Tooling experience, plastic mold injection , customer interface
