Responsibilities
- Assist to handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
- Process and monitor payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, reimbursements, and documentation.
- Perform day to day management of all payment via cheque or online transfer.
- Verify invoices and update all payment transaction to the accounting system daily.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
- To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
- Handle filing, records keeping and assuring the accuracy of documents filing.
- To perform any ad-hoc task assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business Administration.
- Must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
- Good interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Basic SST knowledge
