Responsibilities

  • Assist to handle Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR).
  • Process and monitor payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, reimbursements, and documentation.
  • Perform day to day management of all payment via cheque or online transfer.
  • Verify invoices and update all payment transaction to the accounting system daily.
  • Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
  • To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
  • Handle filing, records keeping and assuring the accuracy of documents filing.
  • To perform any ad-hoc task assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business Administration.
  • Must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Good interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Basic SST knowledge
