- Minimum 1 year of working experience in construction of landed property and infra works;
- Candidate familiar with construction methodology would be added advantage;
- Possess at least Certificate from Polytechnics or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure all works carried out and material used are strictly in accordance to specification and required standard;
- Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report;
- Monitor and control the construction progress of the project;
- Check all construction drawing, specifications (i.e: building, infrastructure and SNP drawing) and Method Statement;
- Perform QC Policies and to ensure work completed to the required Quality Standard;
- Attend the inspection and testing carried out by contractor and document all the report;
- Issued NCR to contractor for works not complying to required Quality Standard;
- Identify any discrepancies in drawing and highlighted to consultant;
- Attend site meeting;
- Verify progress claim with QS Department;
- Ensure all material delivered to site confirm to the approved specification;
- Execute instruction given by superior and consultant;
- Follow up and monitoring of DLP stage;
- Liaise with purchaser for identification of defect during DLP stage;
- Any other tasks assign by superior from time to time
