Job Responsibilities
- Generate target revenue through targeted accounts by providing customer product and services covered under OJI 4U.
- To achieve the OJI 4U one-window approach to Key customer, to gain access to brand owners to be their Tier #1 supplier.
- Perform and mange Project management - Manage of BOM and take lead of projects following set timeline and expectations.
- Perform and mange Area Management, to identify key prospects and competitor movements.
- Perform and mange Pipeline Management, Timeline projections (TLP) to set revenue projections on prospects, potentials and targeted.
- Perform and mange Relationship management, Establish strong relationship customer and strategic partners (internal & external) .
- Representing OJI 4U and perform marketing activities either independent or with cross function teams, to promote and create awareness in the market.
- Extend to build a strong reliance supply chain by identifying new suppliers that potentially able to provide good costing and value add to our supply chain.
- Any assigned ad-hoc jobs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in any related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Key account management, selling and sales operational experience in hypermarket, supermarket channel and/or distributor/key wholesalers management.
- Strong analytical skills and fact-based orientation in decision-making
- Self-Motivated and Independent.
- Excellent communication, selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good time management.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
