Location: Kuala Lumpur / Johor

Salary: FROM RM 5000 per month (not including allowances, commissions, and bonus)

Job Type: Full Time

Responsibility:

• Manage and lead the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs, and ensuring their achievement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
• Improve and increase business with existing customers as well as finding new customers.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitors to inform business strategy.
• Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Willing to travel interstate as required for business development and team management.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge and experience of the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Strong business sense with a passion for driving business growth.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Experience in Supermarket, Provision Shop, and Distribution would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Required class D driving license.
• Proficiency in English; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Basic Salary: RM5000.00 above per month (not including attractive commission, allowances & bonus)
