JOB PURPOSE
- To meet the assigned KPIs and wealth targets (NII & NFI) through proactive and consistent sales activities including NTB acquisition, ETB farming and cross selling, etc
- Responsible for the growth in deposits and fee-based income (wealth solutions) for the assigned Enterprise Banking Division high value non-borrowing business customers.
- Increased the customer stickiness and product holding by aggressively cross-selling wealth solutions such as Bancassurance/ Takaful, cash management solutions and etc.
- Proactively managing all action plans to grow new relationship, retaining and deepening existing high value customer portfolio
- Consistently analyze/ review customers portfolio in order to be able to continuously identify opportunities for banking solution upselling and cross selling initiative
- Build and maintain customer relationship to ensure desirable customer experience and satisfaction
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist Senior Team Lead / Team Lead, Business Wealth Sales in: -
Sales Management
- Responsible for the overall sales activities of acquiring new customers and retaining existing assigned high-value non-borrowing business customers by: -
1. Achieving the assigned deposit growth and fee-based income target
2. Aggressively cross-selling Enterprise Banking wealth solution, cash management solutions and other banking solutions.
3. Reaching out to potential business sectors and generate sustainable and quality inflow of potential leads.
- Work closely with the team leads to engages relevant stakeholders in all marketing, business and promotional activities in ensuring effective and quality sales and service standard.
- Manage sales processes to ensure compliance to Bank prescribed level of service standards.
- Provide support and assistance to other Departments/Divisions within the Bank with matters relating to the assigned segment
- Ensure timely submission of sales performance related report.
- Maintains high compliance and sales discipline benchmark in accordance to Bank’s and regulatory guidelines.
- Client Relationship Management
- Conduct regular visits and meetings with top customers of the assigned customer base to enhance banker-customer relationship ultimately to ensure better service quality.
- Contributes suggestions on customer retention strategies and programs.
- Participates in all product development and customer engagement activities for cash management and business wealth for the targeted segment.
- Attend to all customer-related feedback in ensuring prompt service recovery if any.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education qualification: Diploma/ Degree holder
- Min 1 year experience as relationship manager. Proven good performance track records
- Outgoing personality won’t be shy to meet new clients and existing to bank clients
- Aggressive and performance driven personality
- Able to work independently and travel domestically
- Preferably to be able to converse in Multilanguage/ dialects
- Possess following mandated insurance license by the division:
a) PCEIA Life & General
b) Family & General Takaful
c) CEILI
d) IPPC & FIMM (as and when required by the Division)
