Job Summary

This position involves monitoring and clearing excess payments, data checking for statements to customers and adhoc regulatory reporting, and customers’ data cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of annual statements, daily and adhoc notices/outbound communication to customers and intermediaries
  • Assist in project and enhancement initiatives related to policy account
  • In charge of prepay and payable management
  • In charge of reporting to regulatory bodies, auditors and other internal/external parties
  • In charge of customers and policies data cleaning

Key Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity
  • Good command of spoken and written English
