Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administration, operations and HR jobs
- Assist Leasing admin and follow up payments with tenants.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word. SQL will be added advantage
- Candidates with relevant experience in Property Management / Real Estate industry will be added advantage.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin, English, Malay
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
