Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office administration, operations and HR jobs
  • Assist Leasing admin and follow up payments with tenants.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word. SQL will be added advantage
  • Candidates with relevant experience in Property Management / Real Estate industry will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Mandarin, English, Malay
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
