  • Possess at least a Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales management experience in the medical, health supplement, health food, cosmetic, or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies and activities to meet business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and end customers, acting as the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries
  • Identify and pursue potential prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations to achieve successful deals
  • Provide guidance and support to newly-recruited Sales Representatives to ensure their successful onboarding and performance
  • Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to Management, offering insights and recommendations to drive sales performance and achieve targets
  • Analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current sales strategies and adjust as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
