Responsibilities:

1. To handle administrative enquiries and provide timely feedback via telephone call or email.

2. Able to work closely with inter-dept in providing excellent pre- and post-services as well as to ensure timely completion of tasks.

3. Able to provide support to team on day-to-day operation and provide full administrative support.

4. To prepare Sales Quotation, POs entry, follow up on Sales Order and any other sales related correspondences.

5. Coordination of delivery with store keeper, warehouse officer and customers forwarders

6. To ensure proper documentations work flow ad filing systems are updated and well maintained.

7. To perform and other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field.

2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Independent, good in communication and interpersonal skills

4. Languages required: English & Bahasa Malaysia

5. Willing to work after working hours when required

6. Dynamic, committed and independent personality
