  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any related field
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction field
  • Knowledge in Pre and Post Contract process
  • Experience working with Autocad and validating quantities from the given drawings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and priorities tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with negotiation abilities

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Understanding the client requirement and quantities taking off
  • Prepare and submit tender proposals
  • Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, sub-contractors claims, final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process
  • Attend site meeting / valuation
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
