JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support Business Development Manager (BDM) in driving agency business in Klang and surrounding areas.
- To support BDM in executing business development strategies to achieve target assigned.
- To support BDM in retaining good relationship with existing agents, provide advice & resources to enhance agency business.
- To support BDM in recruiting new agents, collaborating with training team to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- To record & track the agents productivity and execute intervention plan for low performing agents.
- To support BDM in executing regional marketing campaigns and activities i.e., Leaders Meeting, Monthly Seminars, Business Opportunity Program, 6 Weeks Booster Program, etc.
- To conduct market research and gather intelligence such as competitor's products.
- To execute business development related programs i.e., production, sales campaigns, recruitment and programs to improve Activity Ratio and Productivity of agencies to coordinate and monitor business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline and working experience in insurance industry.
- Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in related field.
- Proactive, able to work independently and sales oriented.
- Resourceful, with strong interpersonal skill.
- Must be prepared to travel outstation as and when required.
