Role & Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Assist the GM in overseeing corporate contracts and ensuring efficient project administration and execution.
- Supervise Tendering & Procurement: Lead all aspects of tendering, cost control, cash flow management, and project budgeting to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project teams to ensure timely contract awards and payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Handle contractual matters such as payment claims, variation orders, cost estimates, and quotations with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage Budgets & Cash Flow: Oversee project cost budgets and cash flow, adjusting based on changes in design or construction.
- Finalize Contracts: Ensure timely finalization of contracts and subcontracts, managing all documentation and agreements.
- Conduct Audits: Review contractor and supplier performance against KPIs and performance measures to ensure compliance and quality
Qualification & Skills:
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, equipping you with a strong technical foundation.
- In-depth knowledge of standard conditions of contracts and advanced proficiency in MS Office, enabling effective contract management and reporting.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Highly focused, diligent, and embodying a positive attitude, driving results and fostering a collaborative team environment.
