EB Frozen Food Sdn. Bhd. is currently expanding ! We are looking for aspiring individuals that fits the below description.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good rapport with Key Account customers & buyers.
- Design sales strategies encompassing the company's product range.
- Negotiate trading terms with the buyer to ensure all investments are within budget and maximize the profit margin.
- Proactively propose effective marketing activities to marketing in order to grow sales based on the allocated budget.
- Develop, and execute flawless annual business sales plans, strategies and marketing promotional activities.
- To coordinate with buyers and internal departments to ensure that promotions are well executed.
- To ensure delivery, tracking of sales volume and sales fundamentals are achieved.
- To survey the market for competitors' products from time to time.
- Review sales performance and promotion effectiveness, both sell-in and sell sales by category, and brands, on a monthly and YTD basis; to identify the opportunity to drive improvement for the account.
- Monitor and track sales achievement vs target, on a week, month & YTD analysis.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Manage collection hygiene.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years experience in FMCG (Modern Trade) will be preferable (Food & Beverage, Frozen Food products).
- Required skill(s) : Communication, Problem-Solving.
- Self-Oriented and proactive behavior that can work with minimal supervision.
- Highly disciplined and sales were driven.
- Capable of generating reports and presentations using MS Office.
- Willing to work at Puncak Alam.
