  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow up through sales admin and after sales service)
  • To assist in product launch, promotional events, roadshows and other related marketing campaigns
  • To organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transaction up to SPA signed and application/ approval of loan pertaining to the sold products
  • To follow up and liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers and checking of all related documents in order to ensure the flow of various inter-related process are smooth
  • To conduct feasibility study, market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend & pricing
  • Prepare sales reports/status of SPA reports/Prospect Enquiries Report on a periodical basis
  • Any other assignment related to sales and marketing assigned from time to time
  • Basic + commission
  • Work at sales gallery
  • 6 working days per week

Job requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Property Industry
  • Tertiary education preferred
  • Good interpersonal, communication & customer service skill
  • A team player with a track record of achievements
  • Strong knowledge and insight of the property industry
