Understand how to control the quality of work in the field, budget, and time schedule.
Have the ability to manage workers in the field, sub-contractors, suppliers, and others.
Collaborate with the project coordinator and project manager in developing detailed design drawings and project timelines.
Monitor WA Group or email daily and work closely with contractors to monitor project progress and scheme implementation on site, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Supervise and manage all operations in the field; supervise all aspects of their work, including carrying out safety induction, quality control of work, fulfilling orders and controlling orders in the field, cleanliness and tidiness, use of equipment, and personal protection.
Make daily reports and send all work reports on location and forward to the office.
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Male, maximum age 35 years old
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Fit Out for Interior Retail and Office Projects
Able to use computer programs (Ms. Office 365)
Willing to be placed throughout Malaysia
Willing to work on Sundays and national holidays when the project is on deadline and is under a high load
Positive and results-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and hard work with a good attitude
Priority will be given to those who can join quickly
