  • Drive strategic initiatives to align the team with company goals and promote continuous improvement.
  • Oversee migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions of processes and data.
  • Prepare the team for growth with scalable operations to meet future demands.
  • Implement initiatives like standardizing SOPs, technical training, and automation to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop staffing plans to balance team capacity and manage costs effectively.
  • Monitor performance metrics and mentor team members for optimal productivity.
  • Serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring operational needs are met.
  • Ensure services meet or exceed contractual obligations and KPIs, focusing on cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage client relationships, address service quality issues, and lead resolutions.
  • Continuously upskill the team, fostering a culture of service quality, innovation, and improvement.

about the requirements

  • Licensed Company Secretary (ICSA or SSM or MACS or MAISA)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading large teams in a service environment
  • Experience in a public listed company
  • Thorough knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Market Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, and other relevant laws, statutory requirements, and guidelines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and understand the core business and organizational needs of customers.
  • Proven experience in customer management, with a strong service focus and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions effectively.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
