  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

WE are a printing company based in KL. We are seeking Job Board Coordinator and parcel delivery planner. In this position, you need to have the ability to execute below job task.

JOB BOARD

- Update job flow once it is done from third party

- Follow up on production on each job number to make sure all deadline are meet

- Need to communicate with internal administrator on artwork issue and get inform them to get the job settle as soon as possible.

DELIVERY PLANNER

- Need to update job daily for delivery department to do delivery.

- Making sure all parcel have job sheet attach and deliver to the correct place in correct time

- Coordinate with third party logistic on the parcel location if customer call for information.

- Making sure the delivery department update the job board with shipped title.

- Communicate with internal administrator to get all job that needed to be delivered the next day.

A good coordinator mind set is required for this job task.
